WOW! It is great to see the SGC in full swing again! Welcome to the “anonymous” readers. Glad to have you. We are so thrilled that SGC has become a place that's an open forum for thoughts, opinions and dialogue, but please be respectful of one another and individual views. Also, though meant to mitigate any more harsh comments, please do not regulate our blog. If you find something you think we need to address then let us know and we will handle it.

what is SGC?

so...you may be wondering what The Single Girls Club is, and that's what we're here to tell you. it's really not a club -- like you can't sign up or anything. but if you're a girl and you're cool, you're already a member by default. this blog was started by 2 friends who quickly realized they were dopplegangers (for many reasons to be disclosed later on). they would constantly talk, laugh and mostly, bitch, and decided to share it with other fascinating women (& men) out there. the whole name sort of became a running joke among a group of friends who work together...smart, sexy, bad-ass women who have something to say. it's nothing too profound or life-changing, so don't get your hopes up. but it will be stuff you can (hopefully) relate to...things that we notice about guys, life, working, whatever floats our boat or pisses us off. and don't let the title of our blog mislead you - we're equal opportunity and don't hate on the girls who aren't single..who have been lucky enough to find someone fabulous. we think all of you are also The Shit. if you have anything to add, say, scream, whatever, let us know. we only sorta know what we're doing and/or talking about...so hearing from you gives us much needed validation. xo D&N
